Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Mobile Notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to complete notarizations. Mobile notary fees are typically higher than walk-in notaries because they factor in drive time, fuel, tolls, parking, scheduling, traffic, and other travel-related costs.
Can I Visit Your Office?
Rockwall Mobile Notary Now is fully mobile, and we do not operate a walk-in office. Any addresses shown online or in our ads are for mailing purposes only. All appointments are completed on-site at your home, workplace, hospital, or preferred location.
What Other Services Do You Provide?
Along with general mobile notarizations, we offer real estate loan signings, power-of-attorney notarizations, estate documents, business notarizations, and more. Visit our Services page for a complete list of what we handle.
How Much Do Your Services Cost?
Pricing depends on the type of document, travel distance, and the time of your appointment.
For an accurate quote, call or text 469-500-2438 anytime — we’ll respond quickly with a clear estimate.
How soon can you get here? How much notice do you need?
We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice so we can prepare and ensure smooth service. That said, we’re a ‘if we’re available, we can come right now’ mobile notary — so feel free to call or text anytime. If we’re free, we’ll head your way immediately. Same-day and last-minute appointments are always welcomed when possible.
Why are documents notarized?
Notarization exists for one main reason — to prevent fraud. A Notary Public serves as an impartial witness, confirming that each signer is who they claim to be and not an impersonator. The Notary also verifies that everyone signing understands what they’re agreeing to and is doing so willingly.
